Functional Oracle HCM Analyst

Location: Jersey City, NJ  May also sit in Tampa or remote for the right candidate
Duration: 4-6 Months +

Principal Responsibilities: Client has Oracle HCM implemented and is looking for a consultant to fill a critical gap for 4-6 months. MUST have Oracle Cloud product experience to be considered
****Specific skills needed include Core HCM, Time & Labor and Absence.****
Payroll integration experience would be a nice to have.
We are currently looking for an Oracle HCM functional analyst with extensive experience in the Time & Labor and Absence Management modules.  We are planning to replace local time reporting and absence management systems in the UK and the Philippines using Oracle HCM modules.  Also included will be integration with the local payroll providers.
Good communication skills are required as the incumbent will be interfacing with both the HR and Payroll SMEs as well as the IT team. Experience: 4-6+ Years Oracle HCM Experience with extensive T&L/Absence experience.

Senior HR Systems Analyst | Oracle HCM Functional Analyst
DURATION: 6-8 months+

Location: Tampa, FL is preferred/ may consider Jersey City, NJ  (or remote for the right candidate)

****Specific skills needed include Talent Profile, Talen Review, Succession, Goals, Performance****
We are currently looking for an Oracle HCM functional analyst with extensive experience in the HCM Talent modules.  We are looking to expand our usage of the Talent Profile, begin using Succession real-time (vs. our current after-the-fact approach), and improve our usage of the Talent Review and Goals/Performance modules.  We also expect to add additional items to this after our optimization review with Oracle consulting.
Good communication skills are required as the incumbent will be interfacing with the HR SMEs as well as the IT team.
Experience: 4-6+ Years Oracle HCM Talent-related experience.

We are currently looking for an Oracle Taleo (OTAC) functional analyst with extensive experience in the Taleo and Social Sourcing modules.  We are looking to implement strategic improvements to the Recruiting process based on recommendations from an Oracle optimization session.  We also have a backlog of other Recruiting work as well as the need to enhance our integrations from HCM to OTAC and OTAC to HCM. Good communication skills are required as the incumbent will be interfacing with the HR SMEs as well as the IT team.
